Data requirements
If the contractor opts in, the system must provide real-time e-tickets matching the bid items, be fully integrated with the automated scale so data cannot be altered by the contractor or engineer, give the engineer real-time web or app access compatible with iOS, work offline, and let both parties accept or reject each ticket with comments and time stamps recorded in a summary spreadsheet.
