Dispatch point-to-point truckloads and bill every load.
Save repeat hauls, dispatch from one board, capture tickets and BOLs, and bill approved loads to QuickBooks.
Tread dispatches full-truckload, point-to-point hauling: one pickup, one drop-off, and a flat rate per load. We don't do LTL.

What does Tread do for truckload carriers?
Tread is dispatch software for point-to-point full-truckload carriers. Save a repeat haul as a project and create each day’s orders from it. Assign trucks on one board, capture ticket and BOL photos, bill a flat rate per load, and export approved settlements to QuickBooks.

What changes
Run the trucks like you run the rest of the operation
Save repeat hauls as projects
Save a repeat haul as a project and create each day’s orders from it. Rate cards, fuel surcharge schedules, and add-ons set pricing for each project.
Dispatch your trucks and owner-operators
Drag and drop, click to assign, or bulk assign trucks on one board, for your own drivers, owner-operators, and sub-haulers. Drivers can get a job request by text and reply YES or NO. No app is needed for that step.
Know when each load arrives
Live location and geofenced arrival and departure from the Tread driver app, on the phones drivers already carry. Drivers capture ticket and BOL photos in the app.
Bill per load and settle with drivers
Bill a flat rate per load. Approved tickets and hours become driver and vendor settlements. Tread exports approved settlements to QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop as invoices and bills.
“Having worked in the trucking industry for more than 37 years, I will say, Tread has been a much appreciated asset. We need to embrace change and work together to help build what’s next.”

Questions from truckload (FTL) carriers
Is Tread a TMS for point-to-point full truckload?
Yes. Tread dispatches full-truckload, point-to-point hauling: one pickup, one drop-off, and a flat rate per load. We don't do LTL.
Does Tread find loads for me?
No. Tread is not a load board. It runs the loads you already have, from the dispatch to the invoice.
Can I set up repeat hauls so I do not rebuild every load?
Yes. Save a repeat haul as a project and create each day’s orders from it. Rate cards, fuel surcharge schedules, and add-ons set pricing for each project.
How do drivers send BOLs and tickets?
Drivers capture ticket and BOL photos in the Tread driver app, and the app records geofenced arrival and departure. The driver app keeps working without signal. Logs, locations, and ticket photos save on the phone and sync when it reconnects. New dispatches still need a connection.
How do I bill customers and pay drivers?
Bill a flat rate per load. Approved tickets and hours become driver and vendor settlements, with overtime and prevailing-wage rules applied, and a settlement PDF you can email. Tread syncs with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop and exports approved settlements as QuickBooks invoices and bills.
Do I keep my ELD?
Yes. Tread does not replace it. Connect your ELD or telematics provider through Catena. Tread pulls truck locations from 50+ telematics providers, including Motive, Samsara, and Geotab.
