Pricing questions
How is Tread priced?
One price set by the loads you run and the features you need, with a minimum 1-year term. The Starter price is $1,250 a month ($15,000 a year) for trucking companies and brokers and $3,333 a month for producers and contractors, on a 1-year term billed annually, for companies delivering under 30,000 loads. Companies at 30,000 loads or more get custom Enterprise pricing. Pay annually to save 10%, and save another 10% with a 2-year term. Companies with multiple business units get a custom Enterprise agreement.
How does onboarding work, and how long does it take?
Onboarding is quoted with your plan, and self-onboarding is available. Tread can be live in as little as a day.
How long is the contract?
Every plan has a minimum 1-year term. Pay monthly, or pay annually and save 10%. Sign a 2-year term and save another 10%. Your price holds for the term.
Are there limits on trucks or users?
No. Users and trucks are unlimited on every plan. Add dispatchers, drivers, and trucks whenever you need them and the price does not change.
Which integrations are included?
Every plan includes scale and accounting integrations: direct scale ticket integrations with WEM, Astec, and Command Alkon APEX, and billing data to QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop. Tread also connects to telematics providers, including Motive and Samsara. Enterprise adds custom integrations.
