Arkansas DOT e‑ticketing requirements

ARDOT contracted with HaulHub for its E-DOT portal. Starting with the November 5, 2025 letting, Pavement Preservation contracts include an E-Ticketing special provision that lets the contractor ask to replace paper tickets with e-tickets. It covers asphalt (ACHM) only for now.
Optional: The contractor can choose e-tickets instead of paper tickets.

Pavement Preservation contracts let on or after November 5, 2025, when the contractor requests it. ACHM (asphalt concrete hot mix) only; other ticketed materials 'may be considered in the future.'

E-ticketing platform

Data requirements
HaulHub gets read-only access to the supplier's ticket data by API, direct database connection, or another e-ticketing vendor. ARDOT inspectors accept or reject loads in the E-DOT app and get a daily report of material delivered. The contractor must notify the Resident Engineer and email sitemanager@ardot.gov at least 14 calendar days before ACHM placement. Where connectivity is poor, the Engineer may use the app's offline mode or paper tickets. Trucks still need proper bill-of-lading documentation onboard.
What contractors should do
- On Pavement Preservation jobs let since November 5, 2025, decide whether to request e-ticketing.
- If you opt in, notify the Resident Engineer and email sitemanager@ardot.gov at least 14 calendar days before ACHM placement.
- Coordinate with HaulHub and your ACHM supplier to connect the supplier's ticket data (read-only).
- Do not price e-ticketing as extra work: ARDOT pays no compensation and HaulHub charges no participation fee.
What haulers should do
- Keep bill-of-lading paperwork in the truck; the special provision still requires it during transport.
- Expect inspectors to accept or reject loads in the E-DOT app instead of taking your paper ticket.
