FAQ
Where do drivers send ticket photos?
The account’s Driver Agent number is listed in Settings → Agents once the service is enabled.
Does enabling the Driver Agent turn on reminders for every project?
No. Account access and project reminders are separate settings. Only projects with Text drivers for missing tickets selected receive the automatic follow-up.
Does replying to a text provide GPS tracking?
No. Text messages handle the invitation and ticket exchange. Live location comes from the driver app or a connected telematics provider.
