- Dispatch before the final drop-off is knownLeave the material or destination open when it will be decided in the field. Drivers add the actual details to the load as the work proceeds.
- Keep the supporting details with each haulQuantity, available ticket photos, site contacts, and optional signatures stay attached to the load. A questioned haul can be checked against its own supporting information.
- Correct load details at the jobsiteForemen can update the material or sites on a driver’s load. The correction is visible to the driver and office without a separate transcription of the field update.
- Review soil movements by loadThe Excess Soils Report brings field entries into a per-load view for the office. Individual hauls can also be checked against their timestamps and available GPS route history.

Prepare the sites and materials
Add the source and receiving sites, the soil materials, and the site contacts.
Create and send the order
Select the known pickup, leave undecided fields blank, and assign the trucks.
Complete the load in the field
Drivers open each load, pick its material and sites, enter the quantity, and add the ticket as the load is completed.
Open the report
The Excess Soils Report lists every load, filtered to the work you need to review.

Can we give drivers a shorter list of relevant sites?
Yes. Add default sites to the order to limit the sites initially shown to drivers.
Can drivers show the load details at the roadside?
Yes. The app has a Load Summary that drivers can open from the load details or ticket menu. It shows the information entered for that load.
Can load times be corrected after delivery?
Yes. Drivers can open Edit Load & Ticket on a completed load and update its times.
