- Measure truck arrivals at the active work areaThe arrival boundary follows the paver or mill. Arrival, departure, and onsite time reflect its changing location without your team redrawing the site along the road.
- Check a delivery against the equipment’s locationView the moving geofence and truck history together on the job’s route timeline. When a delivery is questioned, you can inspect where both were at the time.

Put it to work
Connect the equipment’s location
Use the operator’s phone or a Paver Tracker connection as the position source.
Set up the moving site
Create a geofence tied to the paver or mill and set its radius. A Paver Tracker connection can create the equipment and moving sites for matched orders on its own.
Put the site on the order
Select it as the pickup or drop-off. With phone tracking, the operator picks the equipment in the app and starts the shift.
Check the order’s activity
Each truck crossing records an arrival or departure, and the order keeps the onsite time and load counts.

FAQ
Do we need Paver Tracker?
No. The operator’s phone can supply the location. That setup requires the Foreman and Driver roles. The operator does not need to be assigned to the hauling order.
How often does the location update?
The phone supplies positions every few seconds while on duty. Paver Tracker is polled about once a minute during active work, with a corresponding delay in the displayed position.
Can we adjust what counts as an arrival?
Yes. Set the site radius and the delay before an outer-boundary arrival qualifies. Optional inner geofences can identify loading or unloading activity and do not use that delay.
